Demolition Surveys
We carry out intrusive demolition surveys prior to demolition or major refurbishment works to identify materials present within a structure, excluding asbestos.
Using modern inspection techniques, we access concealed areas and may request temporary vacancy of the building to safely obtain samples. This ensures hazardous materials are identified and removed, protecting workers and the public.
Structural Surveys

Principal Designer (CDM)
Acting on behalf of clients, we undertake the role of Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations for projects involving more than one contractor.
We manage health and safety risks during the pre-construction phase, prepare Pre-Construction Information, and ensure relevant risks are considered throughout design and construction.
